To sign up click the Sign Up button on the top menu of this page. All you need to do is enter your email address & choose a password
To log in to manage your Cubescripts account click the Log In button on the top menu of this page. This will take you to the account management area. From here you can customise your Cubescripts account URL and manage your subscription.
To log in to your own personal Cubescripts account visit the URL for your account location. It will be something like https://your-account.cubescripts-cloud.com/. If you can't remember your Cubescripts account URL log in to your account management area, as described in the above paragraph. When you visit your Cubescripts account URL you can log in to manage your properties by clicking on the Sign In button on the top menu.
Note: Your login details are the same for both your account management area and your Cubescripts account.
To enable/disable bookings, go to settings > finance.
The Bookings feature can be enabled/disabled site wide for all properties. It can also be enabled/disabled per property. If instant bookings is not checked, then the owner/admin email address is used during the booking contact. If instant bookings is checked, users will be able to reserve the property directly from the web site using PayPal, offline payments or web site balance.
PayPal is set in system settings under the Settings > Payment Providers section. All you have to do is add your PayPal email and the system will automatically charge bookings, plans and other features that include payments.
Offline Payments are also set in Settings > Payment Providers section. You can enable and add bank transfer details or any other payment providers you like. You can insert these in textual form in the text box. You can set how many hours to wait for offline payments. The actual property will be reserved for this number of hours, but it will still have a pending status until the payment goes through and the owner/admin activates the reservation. Please note that the owner and guest will receive email upon requesting the booking and when booking is declined/accepted.
The web site Balance is the system for internal management of payments. It is probably, the easiest solution for managing payments. It works well, if you can get your visitors to upload funds prior to any purchase. Then you can keep their balance in check and they can see how much they have.
The Admin can set the price calculation to determine the booking fee or full payment for reservation. This gives the admin full control of what to charge on the web site during the booking process. The owner needs to fill details: Max. occupants, Min. nights to stay, Cleaning fee, Refundable deposit and Non refundable deposit. So it is up to the admin what to actually charge the rest is left to be charged upon guest arrival.
The great feature that few scripts have is our rental plan period. Script will choose and charge only plans that fall into user selected dates. This gives you the ability to add a surcharge during the popular vacation dates. For example you can charge more from August 2nd all up to July 18th, or Any from/to date.
Any periods booked through online bookings are marked as reserved on the property availability calendar and they will be unavailable for more bookings. If a user searches during these dates, the property property will not be displayed in the search results.
Controls everything from website settings and management to individual property management.
It has power to add news, pages and manage property listings, but it has no power over setup/settings.
Owner can only manage their own properties and it has various controls to help them accomplish this without requesting help from administrator or editor.
It has no access to control panel. It can only save properties as favorites, contact owners and modify its own account. This is done from the front end so users stay with familiar look. Once a user adds a property it becomes a user with owner status and it can manage its own listings. You can enable/disable user property submission from control panel > settings > general.
Once you choose pricing a option there will be two options to set prices: for sale and for rent. In case you are running just a rental or sales web site there will only be one option. This can be set in the global settings.
For rental, you can choose the default pricing plan, which will cover all dates and you can set additional plans for specific periods in a season.
You can also choose special pricing per guest. There are also additional options each explained by hovering the mouse over the option.
To set additional plans please click on the additional plans button to choose price and dates that this plan covers. This means that if a user tries to book the dates covered in a special additional plan the price will be adjusted.
Cubescripts works with any location in the world. Each location that is added can be viewed with the following format:
Any location can be edited in this way. Once you edit the first location the large header will appear in your home page.
The system also lists popular locations on home page and in the footer of every page. Popular locations are the ones with the most properties in them.
